★ YOUR RIGHTS OF USE★You may use my art for the following:- Repost (credit required)- Use to add art or value to characters (The amount of value added can only be the amount you paid for the artwork, unless I tell you otherwise.)- Use as profile pictures, banners, etc.You may NOT use my art for any of the following:- Tracing, stealing, reselling or claiming as your own in any way.- To edit or "fix" artwork. I will fix issues upon request. Please do not try to do so yourself unless I give you direct permission to do so.- Use for commercial use without my permission. Tell me if you plan to use something for commercial use and we can work things out.——————★ MY RIGHTS OF USE ★I can/will use any artwork produced by me to:- Post and share on my platforms- Use as art examples on my carrd/other socials° If you have any questions regarding my terms or something is not listed, don't be afraid to ask me. I am more than happy to clarify for you!
Commission TOS
★ COMMISSION PROCESS ★1. I will ask you to fill out my commission form. This is your chance to provide any important information before I begin.2. I will clarify the total price on your commission to be sure it works with you. Once you have read my TOS and agreed to it, I will begin your commission.3. I will update you via dms with the sketch, lineart, and colour. You may ask for updates at any given time (within reason).
Once I have finished colouring, changing lineart is difficult. Please let me know if there's an issue early on so I can remedy it.4. I will send the finished image via discord, email and/or toyhouse at request. If there are issues with colouring, you are welcome to ask for me to fix them.5. The completed image will be posted on my Instagram after approval, unless a private commission is discussed beforehand. You will be asked if you would like to be tagged + if you have any song requests for the post.★ PAYMENT ★
- I ask for payment after sketch. If you need a payment plan or have to wait for payday, please specify so in your commission form, so I am aware.- If you refuse to pay and/or there is an issue on your side of the commission resulting in you being unable to pay fully, I reserve all rights to use the scrapped progress. This includes and is not limited to sketch, lineart or design. I will use these unfinished works for something else.- I take money via PayPal only. My prices are in USD (United States dollar), but you can also send the CAD (Canadian dollar) equivalent.★ CANCELLING ★- If you cancel before any progress is shown or made, you will not be charged.- If you cancel a commission after sketch, there will be a 10% fee deducted from your refund. I will reuse the sketch for something else.- If you cancel a commission after lineart, there will be a 50% fee deducted from your refund. You retain rights to the lineart piece.- You may not request a refund once the artwork is fully completed.- I reserve full rights to cancel and/or decline your commission at any time. If this occurs, you will receive a full refund and be permitted to keep the artwork made for you.Please only buy from me if you have the funds to do so.★ IMPORTANT ★- I will add my watermark on the side of the piece. It is small and will not cover the artwork. Please do not remove it unless we discuss it in advance.- If you would like me to watermark a piece more heavily when posting on my platforms, feel free to ask.- If I do not respond on the platform you have contacted me on, you are free to contact my other socials (most active on Discord and Instagram).- When ordering a custom commission, I will give many options and progress checks to have the commissioner involved in the process. If you feel you want less say in the design, please don't be afraid to tell me.- I will send progress checks asking for the greenlight on each stage of the commission. You must reply so that I know to continue on the piece.- Do not ask me for free art or designs, discounts, etc.- I do not do Closed Species customs unless the species has given me explicit permission to do so.DO'S:

Design TOS
Only necessary to read if you plan to/are buying a custom or premade from me.
Payment plans, commission processes and artwork rights from my TOS still apply.★ CUSTOMS ★
- The custom process will be very involved, as I want to ensure you get the design you wanted. If you prefer your commission to be less hands-on or a 'surprise', please specify as much.- When asking for edits, please be specific, so I can clearly understand what you would like changed.- I will not redo a design if you suddenly change your mind on what you want. After sketch is approved and lineart is begun, I will not allow last minute changes to your concept.- Customs will take longer than usual artworks.★ GENERAL ★- You may co-own my designs, but I do not take any responsibility for potential mishaps between co-ownership, nor will I offer compensation or hold responsibility if conflict occurs.- You may give my designs alternate pallets, forms, etc.- Do not apply your own TOS to my designs. Tradelocks are fine if both users consent.- You may trade or sell my characters to your desire, but do not purposefully inflate prices.★ REDESIGNING RULES ★- You are free to edit the design to your liking.- If the character is a part of a closed species adopt, make sure to get it re-approved if required. Species TOS trumps my own.- You must keep the character recognizable, and I remain as the credit source for the design.★ CREDIT ★Do not remove my credit. You will be blacklisted.
